Nutritional advise on what foods are best to eat for either fat loss or muscle gain/growth. All the programmes i design for my clients are tailored towards each individual goal set by, you, the client. As well as resistance work (weight training), I also do foam rolling (SMR) work. The point and value of foam rolling, is to relax and smooth ones mucles after weight training and aid in recovery of said muscles as well as prevent injuries.
